Because every green pool is different, we must assess the pool in person before providing an exact quote. Our service has a minimum price of $500, and we require 60% down to begin work.

If the pool looks like a dark green lake that you would be afraid to swim in, it needs to be completely drained. Storm-related green or black pools often require deeper treatment due to unknown contaminants. After assessment, additional charges may apply depending on severity.

Our hurricane/flood cleanup typically includes:

• A minimum of two professional service visits
• Repeated filter cleaning or backwashing
• Extra chemical shock treatments
• Removal of storm debris
• Water balancing and clarity restoration

Filter Maintenance After a Green Pool Event

Because algae and contaminants overload filtration systems, proper filter service is essential.

DE Filters

• Full teardown and cleaning: $160
• Recommended at least once per year, and always after severe contamination.

Cartridge Filters

• Cartridges should be replaced after a green pool cleanup, even if recently cleaned.
• Replacement cost depends on filter type and size.
